Health & Education
We support worker well-being through access to healthcare, health education, and English language classes—removing barriers and creating long-term opportunities for healthier, more secure lives.

At Graton Day Labor Center, we believe that strong communities are built through opportunity, dignity, and care. In addition to connecting workers with employment, we offer programs that support lifelong learning and access to Essential health services.
Learning English can open doors to better job opportunities, stronger communication, and greater confidence in daily life. Graton Day Labor Center is proud to offer English language learning support through the dedication of community volunteers.
Our volunteer-led classes provide:
Conversational English practice
Support for workplace communication
A welcoming environment for adult learners
Opportunities to build community and connection
We are grateful to the volunteers who make these educational opportunities possible.
Health and Wellness Services
Access to healthcare is essential, yet many low-wage workers face barriers to receiving regular medical care. Graton Day Labor Center partners with trusted organizations to bring affordable and accessible services directly to our community.
Providence Mobile Clinic
Through our partnership with Providence, community members can receive basic health screenings and support, including:
Blood pressure checks
Blood sugar testing
Preventative health information and referrals
These services help workers stay healthy and identify concerns early.
Mobile Dental Services:
We also welcome a mobile dentist program that provides low-cost dental care and support for those who may not otherwise have access to dental services.
Dental services may include:
Check-ups and cleanings
Basic treatments
Oral health education
Face2Face Partnership
Graton Day Labor Center is proud to collaborate with Face2Face, a local organization that provides additional health-related services and community support.
Face2Face visits help connect workers with:
Wellness resources
Supportive care
Community-based health assistance
Building a Stronger, Healthier Community
Our education and health programs reflect our commitment to supporting the whole person, not just the worker. By providing access to learning, care, and trusted community partnerships, we are working toward a healthier and more empowered future for everyone.
